#PicofGrace Winner

Sarah Cardenas is the winner of the #picofgrace photo contest.  Sarah is a wife, mother of two, and a professional photographer (which is probably why she was able to respond so quickly to capture the moment with this picture).

How is this photograph, which depicts Sarah’s two girls, a #picofgrace?

We’ll let Sarah explain:

The older one (on the left) got upset and hit the younger one on the head. I put her in “time-out” as a consequence. The younger sister loves to sit with her as if nothing happened. This happens almost every time the older one is put in “time-out.”

Sarah continues,

It’s such a picture of how Christ feels toward us. When we hurt Him, He is just to give us a consequence, yet He will never leave us and sits with us and loves us through it…every time. So amazing.

We felt the same way.

Stay tuned for more exciting opportunities and announcements related to LIBERATE2013.
